- **Customer**: Purchaser of goods through orlant.sg or authorized channels.
- **Warranty Period**: 24 months from delivery date for manufacturing defects (subject to terms).
**2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds**
*2.1 Local Purchases (Singapore Only)*
Returns are permitted within 14 calendar days of delivery if:
a) Product arrives defective/damaged (verified by our technicians)
b) Incorrect product delivered
c) Major functional failure under normal use
*2.2 Non-Returnable Conditions*
Claims will be rejected if caused by:
- Improper installation contrary to user manual
- Unauthorized modifications/repairs (non-Orlant technicians)
- Power surge damage without surge protector use
- Accidental damage, vermin infestation, or environmental factors
- Cosmetic alterations to product housing
- Normal wear & tear
**3. Singapore Consumer Protection Compliance**
All returns are subject to:
- **Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act**: Remedies for misrepresented goods
- **Lemon Law (CPRTA)**: Repair/replacement for defective goods within 6 months (burden of proof shifts to Company)
**4. Return Process**

b) Provide:
- Original invoice/payment receipt
- 15-second video evidence of defect
- Product serial number
c) Our technician will conduct on-site inspection within 5 working days
**5. Refund Administration**
- Approved refunds processed within 14 working days via original payment method
- Partial refunds may apply for used consumables (e.g., installation kits)
- No cash refunds for credit card/Digital Payment purchases
**6. Shipping & Logistics**
- Free return collection for verified manufacturing defects
- Customers bear return shipping costs for:
- Change of mind
- Non-defective products
- International returns (ASEAN buyers contact regional distributors)
**7. Warranty Exclusions**
Warranty voids if:
- Tampering with electrical components
- Use in commercial/industrial environments
- Failure to maintain recommended cleaning cycles

*2.2不可退还的条件*

-与用户手册相反的安装不当
-未经授权的改装/维修(非奥朗技术人员)
-未使用电涌保护器的电源电涌损坏
-意外损坏、虫害或环境因素
-产品外壳的外观改造
-正常磨损
3.新加坡消费者保护合规**
所有退货均须遵守:

-**柠檬法(CPRTA)**:在6个月内维修/更换有缺陷的货物(举证责任转移给公司)
4.退货流程**

5.退款管理**

-信用卡/数字支付购买不退款
6.航运与物流**
-经验证的制造缺陷免费退货
-客户承担以下退货运费:
-改变主意
-无缺陷产品
-国际退货(东盟买家联系区域分销商)
7.保修除外条款**
如果出现以下情况,保修无效:
-篡改电气元件
-在商业/工业环境中使用
-未能保持推荐的清洁周期
-在腐蚀性环境中安装(如化工厂)
8.争议解决**
