What is the difference between M Series, E Series, X Series?
The
M Series
represents our fundamental to fully featured lineup, while the
E Series
consists of our exceptionally slim models encompassing both basic and full-function options. The

, on the other hand, comprises our smart home models equipped with a comprehensive set of features, except for voice control.
I have an existing manual hanger, can you help us to remove it?
Certainly, when you buy any system from us, we offer complimentary dismantling services without any extra charges. In a goodwill gesture, we will also take care of repairing the ceiling holes left by the previous laundry rack at no cost to you. Please note that painting services are not included in our offerings.
If the ceiling is higher or lower than usual, what will be suggested?
Currently, our X-series offers diff lifting heights, we are able to enhance the features to your needs if needed. The suitable lifting brackets will be customized to your desired length.
Does the LED Panel contribute to the drying process?
All systems come equipped with integrated LED lighting for illumination, allowing you to enjoy multiple benefits in a single package. Plus, you can save even more by not having to buy additional ceiling lights!
Can the machine be pushed out of the window?
Certainly, this system is intended exclusively for indoor use. Its design emphasizes efficiency compared to traditional manual systems. It offers enhanced safety features, greater load capacity, and the convenience of drying clothes without the need for heavy lifting. Additionally, these systems are engineered to promote air circulation, facilitating faster drying times for your laundry.
While many customers prefer the natural sunlight for drying their laundry, factors such as unpredictable weather, the orientation of your house with respect to sunlight, and your chosen drying time may not always be conducive. With our laundry system, you can enjoy the convenience of returning home to sun-dried laundry, regardless of the time or day.
How low can the system be lowered?
As a default setting, our system can be lowered to a height of 1.3 meters. However, for our
X Series
, you have the flexibility to customize the height, ranging from 1.6 meters to 2.4 meters.
How do I clean Orlant Laundry System?
Our systems are maintenance-free, and there is no need for cleaning. Nevertheless, if you decide to clean your system, you can simply use a light vacuum or wipe to remove any visible dust from the poles.
How does the laundry system facilitate the drying of clothes?
The built-in heaters, fans, and air circulators mimic the warmth of sunlight. They operate on the principle of hot air rising and cold air sinking, evenly distributing heat throughout the clothes without affecting the room's temperature. Drying efficiency can be enhanced in a confined space.
What is the difference between Orlant and a tumble dryer?
Certain items are too valuable to subject to tumbling. Orlant is engineered to protect your delicate garments in their natural condition. Users can experience the convenience and dependability of Orlant with lower energy consumption compared to a dryer. You don't need to be concerned about maintaining Orlant it remains maintenance-free throughout its entire lifespan!

What are the delivery fees?
All prices of our systems include local delivery, standard installation (Concrete) and warranty (first 2 years on-site, 2 years on parts, 1 year remote control and 5 years on motor).
What are the installation time slot?
Our installation time slots are open from Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) during the following hours:
9 am - 11 am
11 am - 1 pm
1 pm - 3 pm
3 pm - 5 pm
To ensure you get your preferred slot, please book it at least two weeks in advance.
Your delivery will be completed within the chosen time slot, and the installation duration may vary from 1 hour to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the work.

Is it possible to install it on a false ceiling?
Absolutely, Orlant's technical team is well-equipped and trained to perform secure installations on false ceilings. Orlant employs a unique technique to establish connections with the underlying concrete slab ceiling, ensuring robust support for the system. Additionally, wires are discreetly concealed, resulting in a tidy and elegant installation.
Can it be installed at balcony?
Certainly, our technical team possesses expertise in system installations within balcony areas.
Note: Some condominium does not allow our system to be installed in the balcony area, customer may have to check with their condominium management regarding the installation.
Are there any electrical requirements?
Certainly, all Orlant systems, except for the basic function models, necessitate a minimum of 6 Amperes for operation. However, the X Series and M Series require a minimum of 13 Amperes for proper functioning. We provide a range of power source choices and will advise you on the most suitable option for your specific space.
Do I need to provide any power point for the system?
Orlant is highly energy-efficient, and it can be powered using the regular lighting point. There's no need for a dedicated power source. Reach out to us for a complimentary on-site survey, and we'll offer the optimal solution, ensuring both safety and a visually appealing installation.
*This applies to all models except M5L and M5S.
Do I need to provide any power point for the remote controller?
No, Orlant's remote controller operates on batteries and doesn't need a dedicated power point source.
I have not collected my keys. Can I make a purchase first?
Certainly, you have the option to make a purchase with a flexible installation schedule. When you've determined a date that suits you, simply get in touch with us by phone or WhatsApp at 9772 9466 to schedule installation 1-2 weeks in advance.
What are your installation charges?
The installation is complimentary in Singapore when you purchase any model. Additionally, Orlant offers the removal and disposal of your current laundry rack (including bamboo holders, push-out systems, and pulley racks) on the same installation day, all at no cost.

What is covered by the warranty?
The first 2-year on-site warranty, 5-year motor warranty, 2-year parts warranty, and 1-year remote
controller warranty are all included in the standard warranty.
If your warranty is no longer valid, Orlant nevertheless offers lifelong on-site technical support.
You can schedule an on-site repair visit for everything from light/heater replacements to machine
repairs; the typical workaround time is predicted to be 3 to 5 working days, depending on the
technicians' availability.
The warranty covers material and/or workmanship flaws in Orlant automatic laundry products
under standard installation and usage. Within the warranty period, Orlant will, at its discretion,
offer free repair or replacement for the problem. Additionally, it pays the servicing's logistical
costs.
A repaired product or part's warranty will remain in effect for the balance of that warranty period.
What is not covered by the warranty?
You are not eligible to submit a claim under this warranty unless the claimed defect is the result of
faulty, defective parts or workmanship.
This warranty excludes coverage for:

- Batteries for the remote controller.
- Abuse or misuse, especially improper upkeep or service.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply.

- Incorrect, improper or inappropriate operation.
- Infestation by insects or vermin.
- Accidental damage as a result of owner negligence.
- Exterior damages caused by chemicals or sharp objects.
How do I extend my warranty?
You can also purchase the OrlantCare+ warranty within two years of the installation date.

Do I need to provide proof of warranty when requesting for service?
A copy of your original receipt and physical inspection is required to claim the warranty.
